Refund policy

All merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 14 days from the date your order was received (marked delivered) for a refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Returned packages received after 14 days can be redeemed for store credit only.

Return Policy Exceptions

All Archive Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All International orders and sale items are final sale. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that Ellsworth & Ivey reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

To ensure that we can efficiently process your refund, please make sure your return meets the requirements below:

• Ellsworth & Ivey gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of order receipt. After 14 days a store credit will be issued.  
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or Gift Card).
• All returns must be returned in the original condition and packaging that was sent, with the tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.
• Returned orders received at our warehouse without paperwork will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.
