Summary

Bring Ellsworth & Ivey to life on TikTok! In this role, you’ll create fun, fresh, and trendsetting content that shares our story, celebrates our Americana-inspired designs, and builds deeper connections with our community. From highlighting our custom knits to giving a behind-the-scenes peek at the design process, you’ll help shape Ellsworth & Ivey’s voice on TikTok and Instagram Reels while driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Content Creation

  • Serve as a creative face (and/or voice) of Ellsworth & Ivey’s TikTok presence.

  • Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form videos that feel TikTok-native in tone, pacing, and style.

  • Create content that is: brand-focused, product-focused, custom-knit storytelling, founder/behind-the-scenes, retail-focused, and aspirational while staying true to Ellsworth & Ivey’s design aesthetic.

  • Produce 5+ videos per week aimed at building brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Content Strategy & Channel Structure

  • Develop a repeatable content strategy and structure for Ellsworth & Ivey’s TikTok account.

  • Define content pillars, recurring formats, and a consistent posting cadence.

  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure content supports product launches, seasonal collections, and custom campaigns.

Influencer & Community Collaboration

  • Assist with influencer/creator outreach and coordination for TikTok collaborations.

  • Support ongoing community-building by incorporating UGC, customer highlights, and brand partnerships.

  • (Optional add-on) Affiliate Program Management: coordinate with TikTok affiliate creators, track performance, and provide insights for growth.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to nurture Ellsworth & Ivey’s TikTok community.

  • Surface audience insights and feedback to inform ongoing creative direction.

Content Editing & Team Support

  • Edit and repurpose TikTok content for Instagram Reels and other platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal promotions, in-store events, and custom initiatives.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with Ellsworth & Ivey’s brand identity, voice, and marketing calendar.

Performance Reporting & Invoicing

  • Track and report weekly content performance, audience engagement, and reach.

  • Provide insights on what’s working and recommendations for optimization.

  • Submit a monthly invoice and recap including:

  • Hours worked (tracked weekly)

  • Content completed

  • Key performance highlights and insight

TikTok Shop Management

  • Tag products in videos and optimize for conversion.

  • Keep storefront updated with latest launches.

  • Track TikTok Shop revenue and report on performance.

  • Paid Ads Support

  • Assist in setting up and managing TikTok paid campaigns.

  • Provide creative input and/or edit ads to align with campaign goals.

  • Share analytics on ad performance.

Expanded Influencer Coordination

  • Manage outreach and activation of influencer/affiliate partnerships.
  • Track performance and revenue driven by influencer content.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram Reels content for brands, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, editing styles, sounds, transitions, and audience behavior — with the ability to develop a long-term content vision and strategy.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar, as well as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and text overlays.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills — able to guide content creators, freelancers, and internal marketing teams.
  • Expertise in short-form video production, including concept development, filming, editing, and optimization for engagement and conversions.
  • Ability to create, oversee, and ensure brand-aligned storytelling that showcases Ellsworth & Ivey’s collections, custom designs, and brand values.
  • Skilled in analytics: interpreting TikTok and Instagram insights, measuring content performance, and translating data into actionable strategy.
  • Experience in influencer and creator management, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write and edit on-brand captions, scripts, and content briefs.
  • Strong project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera when needed, with a keen eye for coaching and mentoring others in content creation.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
