Summary

Bring Ellsworth & Ivey to life on TikTok! In this role, you’ll create fun, fresh, and trendsetting content that shares our story, celebrates our Americana-inspired designs, and builds deeper connections with our community. From highlighting our custom knits to giving a behind-the-scenes peek at the design process, you’ll help shape Ellsworth & Ivey’s voice on TikTok and Instagram Reels while driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a weekly mix of raw and edited TikTok videos (repurposable for Instagram Reels) that reflect Ellsworth  & Ivey’s style and storytelling.

  • Develop and execute TikTok content strategies that showcase both our collections and our custom design side.

  • Improve engagement through daily interaction — commenting, replying, and connecting with our audience.

  • Stay on top of TikTok trends and translate them into Ellsworth & Ivey’s world (using sounds, challenges, or edits that feel on-brand).

  • Spotlight our customers and brand moments through creative, shareable content.

  • Assist with influencer engagement and collaborative social opportunities.

  • Monitor TikTok analytics to track engagement, reach, and performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, launches, and in-store events.

  • Engage with our TikTok community by responding to comments and DMs in a friendly, authentic voice.

  • Keep an eye on competitor activity and social media shifts to keep Ellsworth & Ivey ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram Reels content for brands (please share portfolio or examples).

  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing styles, transitions, sounds, and formats — and the ability to adapt them into Ellsworth & Ivey’s brand world.

  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for simple graphics, overlays, and text treatments.

  • Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling — ability to make content feel cohesive and on-brand.

  • Skilled in short-form video production, from filming raw clips to editing polished final pieces.

  • Confident with both behind-the-camera and in-front-of-camera roles (comfortable appearing in content when needed).

  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram analytics and ability to use insights to optimize performance.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills — able to plan, create, and deliver content consistently.

  • Self-starter who thrives working independently while also collaborating with our marketing team.

  • Strong time management and ability to keep up with daily posting schedules in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative, kind, and easy to work with (bonus points if you bring a little quirky personality to your content).
