Highly organized, connected, and resourceful Senior Social Media & Content Manager for Ellsworth & Ivey. Advanced skills across social media management, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, and social media strategy. Passionate about fashion, design, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of the digital space. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to lead creative teams and elevate brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management 

  • Oversee Ellsworth & Ivey’s platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. 

  • Responsibilities include strategy building, content calendar creation, copywriting, and management of community interactions.

Creative & Strategic Brand Vision 

  • Collaborate with founders to translate Ellsworth & Ivey’s design ethos, custom-knit storytelling, and Americana-inspired aesthetic into compelling digital content. 

  • Maintain a pulse on cultural and social trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Asset Creation & Campaign Execution 

  • Support founders in developing visual and written assets for campaigns, launches, and seasonal collections, including digital ads and creative briefs.

Content Leadership 

  • Lead brainstorming sessions, ideation, and campaign development informed by social trends and audience insights.

Newsletter Oversight 

  • Manage digital newsletters on Klaviyo, including ideation, copywriting, and deployment in collaboration with founders.

Production Oversight 

  • Oversee photoshoots and video production for campaigns and new collections. Support founders with creative briefs, casting, and on-site coordination.

UGC & Influencer Strategy 

  • Develop and manage user-generated content partnerships, including outreach, contracts, budgeting, and content placement to drive engagement and traffic.

Relationship Management 

  • Build and nurture brand, media, and influencer relationships to support marketing, PR, in-person events, and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding and proficiency in social media, content creation, and platform management to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement while supporting sales goals.
  • Ability to take ideas from concept to execution, engaging with internal teams, creatives, and external partners.

  • Ahead of social innovation—always on top of trends, cultural movements, and emerging social platforms. Deep passion for social media and knowledge of consumer habits across demographics.

  • Strong creative writing and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in digital media and fashion storytelling.

  • Highly creative, innovative, and collaborative, with a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box. A great sense of humor is a must!

  • Experience hiring and managing junior team members, interns, or contractors is a plus.
