Summary
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and motivated Keyholder to take ownership of store operations during their shift. As the on-site leader, you will guide the team, manage daily operations, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the go-to person for leadership, problem-solving, and operational excellence whenever the Store Manager is off-site.
Key Responsibilities
Operations

Execute Opening & Closing Checklists and submit completed EOD Reports.

Review turnover notes from previous shifts and create a clear Plan of Action (POA) for the day.

Assign zones and breaks to associates, adjusting as needed throughout the shift.

Oversee daily cash drawer operations following proper procedures.

Ensure online orders are processed, returns handled, and new inventory is received, unpacked, barcoded, backstocked, and merchandised properly.

Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.

Manage daily tasks such as restocking, steaming, and floor resets.

Take end-of-day store photos only after verifying visual standards are met.
Team Leadership

Independently open and close the store, taking full ownership of operations.

Lead, coach, and support the team during your shift; act as the on-floor expert.

Provide real-time feedback to elevate team performance.

Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is off-site.

Make quick operational decisions to support sales and customer experience.
Sales & Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store atmosphere.

Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling strong client interactions.

Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Cultivate customer relationships and encourage clientele and follow-ups to drive loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of store operations.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
Work Environment
This role requires flexibility, including opening and closing shifts, and may involve standing, walking, and occasional heavy lifting. You will act as a key leader in maintaining the store’s operational excellence and brand standards.
Compensation
Non-provided housing: $20-23/hr depending upon experience
Housing provided: $2,450.00/month
