Summary

Ellsworth & Ivey is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and revenue growth across DTC, wholesale, and social channels. This role blends high-level strategy with execution, overseeing paid and organic marketing, influencer and affiliate programs, email/SMS lifecycle campaigns, and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly creative, and passionate about fashion and brand-building, with the ability to lead internal and freelance teams while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and own the marketing and growth strategy across DTC, wholesale/retail partnerships, TikTok, Instagram, and influencer/affiliate initiatives.

  • Define and track key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, conversion, and influencer/affiliate performance; report insights to the broader team regularly.

  • Translate Ellsworth & Ivey’s brand vision into an actionable marketing roadmap that balances short-term sales growth with long-term brand equity.

  • Optimize digital acquisition and retention strategies, including paid social, search, and influencer/affiliate marketing.

  • Collaborate with founders on brand evolution, positioning, and upcoming collection launches.

Team & Project Management

  • Oversee day-to-day workflow of internal and freelance team members.

  • Coordinate with paid, lifecycle, influencer, creative, and affiliate partners to ensure unified campaign execution.

  • Create clear goals, workflows, and reporting structures across all marketing projects.

  • Partner closely with sales and wholesale teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into in-store and e-commerce success.

Paid & Performance Marketing

  • Guide media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

  • Collaborate with media buyers to optimize budgets and test creative campaigns.

  • Translate performance insights into briefs for ads, content, and campaigns.

Email & SMS (Lifecycle)

  • Oversee email and SMS strategy, including segmentation, flows, and campaign calendar.

  • Increase retention and repeat purchase behavior through lifecycle optimization.

  • Use tools like Klaviyo to test, iterate, and drive measurable results.

Affiliate & Influencer Growth

  • Scale affiliate and influencer programs, including LTK, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Build and maintain ongoing influencer relationships to drive performance, UGC, and brand awareness.

  • Monitor and report affiliate ROI, gifting success, and content impact.

Retail & Wholesale Support

  • Partner with wholesale teams to support retail rollouts, co-marketing, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Build digital assets, toolkits, and promotional support to drive in-store and e-commerce success.

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Ensure creative consistency across all channels — email, ads, packaging, website, and social media.

  • Collaborate with art directors, UGC contributors, and creative teams to develop performance-driven, on-brand content.

  • Support visual storytelling for launches, partnerships, and campaigns, reflecting Ellsworth & Ivey’s Americana-inspired, custom-knit aesthetic.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards across Shopify, GA4, paid channels, and affiliate platforms.

  • Own growth reporting: weekly recaps, monthly analyses, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Leverage insights to optimize campaigns and guide overall marketing strategy.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Support CRO testing, landing page updates, PDP improvements, and mobile optimization.

  • Coordinate with dev/design teams on site refreshes, seasonal updates, and key launches.

  • Track site behavior via Hotjar or similar tools.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Ensure marketing spend aligns with ROI, cash flow, and overall business profitability.

  • Own marketing budget, channel forecasting, and performance-based adjustments.

Qualifications:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in DTC and omnichannel marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record scaling brands from early-stage to $1M–$5M+ in revenue, managing tight budgets.

  • Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, affiliate platforms, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Hands-on operator: able to both set high-level strategy and execute efficiently.

  • Passion for fashion, storytelling, and building a brand with a unique design identity.
