RETURN POLICY

All merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 15 days from the purchase date for a refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Returned packages received after 15 days can be redeemed for store credit only. You can process your return by reaching out by filling out our Return/Exchange form online and waiting for your pre-paid return label.  Please fill out the included return/exchange form and include this in our return shipment.  All returns are subject to at $9 restocking fee.

If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by filling out by filling out the Return/Exchange form online to request a return label.  Please also fill out and include and exchange form in your return shipment.  We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will reach out to you to discuss options.
